Refund policy
1) Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Return requested within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation).
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags are still attached (not removed, not reattached).
- The hygiene liner is intact and in its original position.
- Item is free of deodorant marks, makeup, self-tanner, lotion, sunscreen, fragrance, stains, pet hair, or odors.
- Packaging/contents are complete (if applicable).
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you (you may be responsible for reshipment costs).
2) Try-on rules
Swimwear is personal-wear. To protect customers and our ability to accept returns:
- Try-ons must be done over underwear and only for fit purposes.
- Please keep the hygiene liner on during any try-on.
- If an item shows signs of wear beyond a careful fit check, it is not eligible.
3) What’s not eligible for return
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items requested after the 7-day window.
- Items missing tags or with the hygiene liner removed/tampered with.
- Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Items returned with stains, odors, or residue (makeup, deodorant, etc.).
- Any items marked Final Sale (if applicable).
- Gift cards.
4) Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest option is usually to place a new order and return the original (if eligible). Inventory can move quickly, so we can’t guarantee an exchange will be available.
5) Return shipping & packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Please package the item to prevent damage in shipping.
6) Restocking fee
Returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee. It will be deducted from your refund amount.
A restocking fee may be applied for reasons such as:
- Extra handling/inspection required, or
- Returns that arrive in borderline condition but are still acceptably resellable.
7) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically process after inspection; your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund.
8) How to start a return
To request a return within 7 days of delivery, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for return (optional but helps us improve)

9) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged/defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (including packaging if relevant)
We’ll make it right.
10) Return inspection + anti-fraud
For hygiene and fairness, all returns are inspected. We may refuse returns that show signs of wear or tampering, including (but not limited to) removed/replaced tags or altered hygiene liners.
